Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of working within the strategic sourcing function at National Australia Bank (NAB), a prominent player in Australia's banking sector. My journey with NAB and other renowned organisations has been distinguished by multiple callback contracts, a testament to the validation of my professional contracting career. During my time at NAB, I was contracted as a senior strategic sourcing consultant, my role was primarily focused on augmenting the capacity of the technology strategic sourcing team and mentoring technology executives on complex sourcing and vendor management best practices.

With more than 25 years of experience in technology strategic sourcing and vendor management, I serve as a trusted advisor. I hold a Master's degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University and Graduate Diploma in Business Technolgy from Monash University.

I am Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society and past board member for the Australian Computer Society (2016-2018) Victorian branch, am honored to be recognised as a #1 Amazon best-selling author in this field. I have mentored hundreds of professionals, delivered keynote talks, podcasts.

Founder of the “Vendor Management Collective” a community of experts and vendors with shared interests and objectives in vendor management. Its an informal collaboration where members come together to share knowledge, resources, and experiences related to vendor management.

As a biohacking advocate, I believe in the potential of self-optimisation to unlock human potential and achieve peak performance.

I find joy in mentoring others to improve their physical and mental well-being, longevity, and overall quality of life.

During my time working with NAB, I arranged lunch and learn sessions and micro talks within the office, where I provided tips to my procurement colleagues on effective stress management, drawing from areas of personal interest.

My motivation stems from personal experience, insights from my mentoring clients and witnessing the high levels of unmanaged stress and burnout prevalent in corporate environments, prompting me to integrate my knowledge and resilience strategies into my daily vendor management interactions.
